Treatment
I provide both short- and long-term individual treatment to adolescents and adults. Short-term treatment is often used to address specific, acute issues and is typically solution-oriented in nature. Long-term treatment is open-ended and allows for deeper exploration of both past and present issues.
In the first session, I collaborate with clients to determine their goals for therapy and develop a treatment plan. All sessions are held once-weekly for 45 minutes unless other arrangements are made.
